How to book your in-clinic appointment
Many conditions can be assessed and treated effectively online with TeleCARE. Before booking your first in-clinic appointment, please book a FREE TeleCARE online or telephone appointment. During this appointment your practitioner will discuss your concerns, health goals and ask screening questions.

When you arrive at the clinic
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and wait in your vehicle. When your practitioner is ready to see you, they will call the cell number you provided for a brief phone screen prior to letting you in the clinic.
You'll need a mask
You will be required to wear a mask during your appointment. The mask may be either cloth or paper. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for purchase. And don't worry, all practitioners will also be wearing masks.
Hand sanitizer is available inside the entrance. When you enter and before leaving the clinic you will be required to sanitize your hands.
Others at your appointment
No one will be allowed to accompany you in the clinic except for those clients under the age of 16 who require a parent/guardian OR you would typically have assistance for mobility or safety concerns.
CARESPACE oversized 9" x 12" treatment rooms are larger than most clinics and our extra-wide reception area and hallway allow for social distancing during your appointment.
Social distancing and disinfecting
Most CARESPACE clients are being treated online with TeleCARE. We are limiting the number of clients and practitioners in the clinic at any given time and in-clinic appointments are scheduled with breaks between clients for room and equipment sanitizing and disinfecting.
Please use the washroom at home before coming to your appointment. Clinic washrooms will be available in case of an emergency. Washrooms are sanitized between each use.
Payment may be made through direct billing your insurance company, online or Interac payment and you will receive a receipt by your choice of email or text.
Your health plan
Your personalized health plan may consist of in-clinic and/or TeleCARE online appointments. Please discuss your preferences with your practitioner.
