Kyle is dedicated to providing an enjoyable, educational, and client-based fitness training experience. He graduated from Conestoga College with distinction with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion and is qualifying for a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Kyle is passionate about healthy active living and shares his knowledge and technique with those that he trains in order to achieve their health goals. Being an athlete that participated in sports such as volleyball, swimming, and basketball, as well as strength training for years, he is able to personally relate to struggles or concerns clients may have. He is able to help clients identify physical or mental barriers, and guide them to pass those barriers. Kyle provides training with a charismatic touch, such as strength and conditioning training, athletic training, functional fitness, weight loss, or maintenance.
