Finding a therapist who is a good fit for you is important. This is why Paige strives to work collaboratively with her clients to help uncover their innate wellness in order to feel a greater sense of purpose in life. As a therapist, Paige works from a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach and strongly believes that you are the expert in your own journey. Paige has a background working in relationship issues, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Paige’s focus is always client-centered, strengths-based, and will tailor her approach so that it is unique to you. Paige draws from CBT, DBT, EFT, and ACT and enjoys incorporating mind-body connection through mindfulness into sessions. Where appropriate, Paige will work with other practitioners on the CARESPACE team to develop a compassionate, personalized plan to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
Paige received her BA in Psychology and Family Relations and Human Development from the University of Guelph. She holds a Masters of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Paige looks forward to meeting you virtually or in person to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable to open up and navigate the ebbs and flows of life.
